Eagle Safari

Between the months of November – February, nature enthusiasts and photographers are treated to an exciting spectacle of nature on our popular half-day ‘Eagle Safari’. During the winter, this region lays claim to having the largest concentration of bald eagles in the world, with thousands of eagles returning to feed on the bountiful salmon that return to the rivers each year. Quietly floating along the Squamish River, framed by the snow capped mountains, exposed river banks and evergreen forests, the beauty and majesty of these magnificent birds of prey are a breathtaking and unforgettable sight. You can enjoy your Eagle Safari in the warmth and comfort of your Mustang Survival Suit and rubber boots. At the end of your safari you will be treated to a hearty lunch at the Howe Sound Inn Brew Pub.
